Mahindra is ready to send forth the highly updated KUV100 in Indian market on 2017 Oct 10. At first, KUV100 was introduced in Jan 2016 as Mahindra’s starter.The modified KUV100 NXT will characterize some cosmetic and mechanical modifications. The small SUV will get revamped face and back bumpers which will moderately increase the length of the KUV100.For starters, there’s a latest beautiful grille which increases the look and feel of the vehicle. 3 straight chrome additions on either side of the Mahindra emblem. Though the headlamp looks remain the same, it gets latest twin-pod elements.
Mahindra will also get the AMT variant, which will fight directly with the Ignis AMT models. The price of the KUV 100 NHS is expected to rise from Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 7.5 lakhs. Mileage estimates when the engine is re-tuned to offer better mileage. Now, this 3 cylinder 1.2-litre Petrol and Diesel engines provide an ARAI-estimated mileage of 18.15 KMPL and 25.32 KMPL as the mentioned order. The KUV100 NXT will have the old set of engines that provided with the existing models. These contain a 1.2-litre mFalcon G80 petrol engine and a 1.2-litre mFalcon D75 Diesel engine. M&M is likely to re-tune these motors for good mileage and lower NVH measures.
The inner portions of the car will also get some new modifications. The upholstery will be the latest design and the dashboard is manufactured with a new trim. 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment and control console situated in the middle console. The outgoing model extends over with a dual tone and in black upholstery.
